A, A bag placed on top of a suitcase also counts as one item.
Q, What day of the week is your regular holiday?
A, Closed on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays.(Open on Japanese holidays). Please check the Top page calendar for details.
Q, Can I leave my luggage for multiple days?
A, It's possible. However, pick-up is not possible on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays.
Q, How many pieces of luggage can you keep?
A, We can store up to 100 bags. It is also possible to store the luggage of large groups together.
Q, Do I need a reservation?
A, You can leave your luggage without making a reservation.
If you have more than 20 pieces of luggage, we recommend that you make a reservation.
